Goods charged multiple times
After each transaction, the seller must show you the price you paid for the product and how much credit you have left. If the seller made a mistake and charged you incorrectly, they have the option to refund the order on their NFCtron device.
If you have not realized the seller's mistake until after the event, please contact us at [email protected] and include a photo of your QR code in your message. If you do not have a QR code, please send us a photo of the back of your chip with the unique number of the chip stamped on it and let us know what the event is about.
