Online receipt and where can I find it

Why should you be interested in the online receipt? It’s because you can check everything you’ve paid for during the event so far and keep track of how much money you have left. It also lets you view your proofs of purchase or tax receipts. Another thing is that in the online receipt, you can request having your remaining credit returned to your bank account.

And where to find the online receipt?

• The easiest way to get to your online receipt is through the NFCtron mobile app. All you need to do is download it, log in and scan the chip on your wristband.
• You can also find your online receipt after logging into your NFCtron Pass user account, in the given event. My Events → Enter the event → Online Receipt.
  
• You’ll also see the online receipt after scanning or taking a picture of the QR code you can find on the information slip you received when activating your chip and  topping it up for the first time.
• And if you’re failing to scan the QR code, all you need to do is copy the link that  you can find on the information slip below the QR code, and then enter the code on the top of your receipt.
