Refund to bank account free of charge

You can return your chip balance to your bank account using an online receipt, free of charge and without limitation, within 14 days of the event ending. After that period, we will send any unspent balances to the event organiser.


Refund procedure when topping up at the event venue

  • When you first recharge, you will have received a printed information paper, which is very important for returning the remaining balance.
  • Scan the QR code from the printed information paper with your smartphone or use the link to access your online receipt.
  • Here you will see the option to Refund your credit.
  • You then select your country. If you have an account in the Czech Republic, select Czech Republic. If you have a bank account in another European country, select Europe.
  • Once you have entered your bank account number or IBAN and the name of the holder (if it is a SEPA payment), all you need to do is confirm the request. We do not need any other information for the refund.
  • We process the request within 4-7 working days as standard.

If you lose your printed information paper, you can have it reprinted at any time.


Returns procedure when recharging in advance via NFCtron Pass

  • If you choose to top up your credit online you will always get a refund of your unused funds using the NFCtron Pass.
  • Simply enter the promotion and open an online receipt.
  • Here you will see the option to Refund your credit.
  • You will then select your country. If you have an account in the Czech Republic, select Czech Republic. If you have a bank account in another European country, select Europe.
  • Once you have entered your bank account number or IBAN and the name of the holder (if it is a SEPA payment), all you need to do is confirm the request. We do not need any other information for the refund.
  • We process the request within 4-7 working days as standard.
