Didn't spend all your credit and have some money left on your chip after the event? The refund process is entirely free, so you don’t need to worry about any fees. Free refunds apply to selected banks and accounts held in Czech crowns. For euro accounts, refunds are possible within the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). However, please note that some banks may charge administrative or other fees.

You can request a refund within 14 days after the event concludes unless the event organizer specifies otherwise. Any funds you do not request or fail to refund do not stay with us – after the specified period, they are sent to the event organizer, who must tax them according to applicable laws. Some organizers may even use the funds for good causes, such as donations to charity or other initiatives that need support.

💡 We send the money back to your bank account as quickly as possible. Typically, you will receive it within 2 working days.

The easiest way to get your money back into your bank account is through the NFCtron app. Simply scan your chip and create a refund request in just a few clicks. The NFCtron app also allows you to manage multiple chips from all the events you've attended, so you can keep track of your finances.

Refunding Money Through Your NFCtron Account

Did you top up your chip online via NFCtron Tickets? After logging in, go to the relevant section on the homepage and click the Enter Event button. Then, open the online receipt, where you will find everything you need to process your refund.

Refunding Money Using the Information Paper with a QR Code

Did you top up your chip at the event? When you recharged your chip at the event, you received an information leaflet with a QR code, remember? Simply scan the QR code using your phone's camera or a QR code reader app. Then, enter your bank account details and wait for the money to arrive. You can check the status of your refund on the online receipt.

💡 Let's take care of nature together. At some events, we do not print information leaflets with QR codes at the top-up stations. Use the NFCtron mobile app to check your balance and request a refund.
