Topping up your credit means adding money to your chip wristband, which you can then use for convenient payments at the event. It’s simple and easy for everyone. If you don’t spend all your credit during the event, you can easily transfer the remaining balance back to your bank account for free.

You can top up your credit online for free before the event or directly at the venue. In both cases, you will receive your chip wristband upon arrival at the event. You can only top up your credit online before the event; during the event, recharging is available only at designated top-up stations.

How to Top Up Your Credit Before the Event?

The fastest and most convenient way to top up your credit is to use the NFCtron mobile app. Simply select the amount you wish to load and confirm with a tap. We recommend loading a larger amount as any unused funds can be returned to your bank account completely free of charge. Also remember that most events use refundable cups or plates, so take this into account when loading.

Top Up Credit at the Event

Each event will have a number of top-up stations where you can recharge your chip using cash or a card. If you choose to top up at the event, remember that there is usually an activation fee for the first top-up. Therefore, we recommend topping up your credit online for free before the event.

If you run low on credit during the event, you can top up again at any of the designated top-up stations.
